Robo Call — 01.23.2026
This is Trustee Tom McGorty with an important announcement regarding the upcoming winter storm.
With the expected snowfall, all residents are asked to remove their vehicles from the street so the Township can properly plow the roads.
If you have two vehicles and need to temporarily park one on the grass beside your driveway, this will be permitted only during the storm and until the roads have been cleared.
Please make sure you have enough food, water, and essential supplies to last several days, including batteries and flashlights.
If you are able, we also ask that you check in on any elderly neighbors to ensure they have what they need.
If you plan to clear your own driveway and do not want our contractor to plow it, you should have already picked up the red "Do Not Plow" flags from the office.
These flags must be placed at the front of your driveway so the contractor can clearly see them.
Please do not park any vehicles in the clubhouse parking lots, as these areas must remain open for plowing.
All of our Holiday City South Buildings will be closed on Sunday and Monday, they will reopen on Tuesday Jan 27th.
The next announcement is from Berkeley Township: Due to the anticipated winter conditions, GARBAGE and RECYCLING collection for Monday January 26th, has been suspended. All collection will resume Tuesday January 27th with possible delays of up to 24 hours. Please wait until after the 24 Hour period before calling in a missed collection. Lastly remember if plowing is necessary, residents are reminded to remove vehicles from the roadways.
Thank you for your cooperation, and please stay safe throughout the storm.
A transcript of this call will be on our website in the news and Robo call section.
